********************************

This was the first cardigan I knitted. I enjoyed knitting this pattern. I’d like to try it again, as at the time I still wasn’t very experienced, and I found the border at the bottom very difficult. It didn’t make any sense to me, and I had to pull it back and start again a few times. I managed to do it correctly in the end but I still wasn’t too sure how, so I’d like to have another go it at now I’m more experienced.

The yarn I used is really soft. I’ve used it in a few colours for different projects, but this jade colour is the only one that seems to malt really badly. I was forever finding bits of blue fluff everywhere whilst I was knitting it.

There were meant to be borders as cuffs on the bottom of the sleeves, but they were already a bit too long without the cuffs, so I left them off. If I was to knit it again, I’d make the sleeves much shorter than the pattern says, and include the cuffs.
